This Traveler Readiness Bill of Rights describes the preparation-focused principles BROVi Scan aims to follow. It is not an official government document, visa rule, immigration rule, airline rule, admission rule, or legal-rights guarantee.
Users Have the Right to Clear Preparation Guidance
Users should receive clear explanations of what BROVi Scan can check, what it cannot check, and when official verification is required.
Users Have the Right to Know That Outcomes Are Not Guaranteed
BROVi Scan should clearly state that readiness scores, reports, AI responses, checklist notes, and consultant requests do not guarantee visas, admissions, scholarships, appointments, airline boarding, or border entry.
Users Have the Right to Avoid Secret Data Requests
BROVi Scan should not ask users to submit passwords, OTPs, CVV codes, full card numbers, online banking login details, private recovery codes, or private access credentials.
Users Have the Right to Use Manual Review
Users should be able to use manual checklist review where possible without being forced to upload documents.
Users Have the Right to Understand AI Limits
Users should be told that AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and that official requirements must be verified with the relevant authority.
Users Have the Right to Correct Their Information
Where supported, users should be able to update their profile, destination, travel purpose, checklist statuses, notes, task details, and other readiness information.
Users Have the Right to Request Deletion
Where supported and legally possible, users should be able to request deletion of account information, uploaded files, or other personal information, subject to legal, safety, abuse-prevention, and operational exceptions.
Users Have the Right to Safe Consultant Review Boundaries
Consultant review, if available, should be described as preparation guidance only unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Users Have the Right to Official Verification Reminders
BROVi Scan should remind users to verify final requirements with official authorities, universities, embassies, consulates, visa centers, immigration offices, airlines, scholarship bodies, border authorities, or related institutions.
Users Have the Right to Fair Product Communication
Pricing, plan limits, paid features, refund rules, cancellation rules, and feature availability should be described clearly. If paid billing is not yet active, pricing should be marked as placeholder or coming soon.
