Consent to Use Digital Preparation Tools

By using BROVi Scan, the user understands that the platform may provide digital travel-readiness tools, including document checklists, readiness scores, AI-assisted summaries, interview practice, task planning, consultant-request workflows, and reports.

These tools are designed to help users prepare. They do not make official decisions and do not guarantee results.

User Acknowledgment

The user understands and agrees that BROVi Scan provides preparation guidance only, official authorities make final decisions, requirements may change without notice, AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete, and the user remains responsible for truthful information, valid documents, deadlines, and official verification.

Expected Benefits

BROVi Scan may help users organise required documents, identify missing or outdated items, understand general preparation gaps, practise interview answers, plan readiness tasks, request consultant review where available, and generate preparation summaries before submission.

Possible Risks and Limits

Users understand that information entered by the user may be incomplete or inaccurate, automated review may miss issues, AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect, and official requirements may differ by country, institution, embassy, consulate, airline, border authority, visa center, or scholarship body.

Sensitive Data Consent

Users must not upload or enter passwords, OTPs, CVV codes, full card numbers, online banking login details, private account recovery codes, or private access credentials.

Users should avoid placing sensitive passport or bank statement details into general chat. Sensitive review should remain inside secure scan modules where available.

Consultant Review Acknowledgment

If a user requests consultant review, the user understands that such review is preparation guidance only. It is not legal advice, immigration representation, embassy representation, government representation, admission approval, or guaranteed outcome support unless a separate written agreement clearly says otherwise.

No Emergency or Official Service

BROVi Scan is not an emergency service and not an official authority. If the user needs urgent legal, immigration, safety, medical, financial, or government help, the user should contact a qualified professional or the relevant authority directly.

Continued Use

Continued use of BROVi Scan means the user understands and accepts this Travel Readiness Consent and User Acknowledgment.
