This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to BROVi Scan subscription plans, paid preparation tools, consultant-review requests, add-ons, and future paid services if payment is enabled. If paid billing is not yet active, pricing shown on the website may be a placeholder until final billing terms are confirmed.

Preparation Services

BROVi Scan provides travel-readiness preparation tools. These may include document-readiness workflows, financial-readiness signals, interview practice, readiness reports, task planning, consultant requests, and support features.

BROVi Scan does not guarantee visas, admissions, scholarships, appointments, airline boarding, border entry, or any official outcome.

Free Access

If a user is using only a free plan or free readiness scan, no paid refund is owed because no payment has been collected.

Paid Subscription Services

If paid plans are activated, a subscription begins when the user completes checkout or when the service confirms the subscription start date. Paid access may include selected preparation tools, usage limits, reports, consultant request options, reminders, or other features stated on the pricing page.

Final plan names, prices, billing cycle, cancellation process, and included features must match the pricing page and checkout flow active at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation controls available in the account, billing portal, or support channel. If an automated billing portal is not yet available, users may request cancellation through the support contact listed by BROVi Scan.

Unless a different written rule appears at checkout, cancellation should stop future renewal charges. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Because BROVi Scan provides digital preparation tools and may deliver immediate access to reports, scans, AI review, checklist outputs, task planning, or consultant-request workflows, payments may be non-refundable once access has been used or a paid service has been delivered.

BROVi Scan may consider a refund when the user was charged by mistake, a duplicate charge occurred, the service was materially unavailable because of a platform error, the user was charged after a confirmed cancellation, or applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds may be denied when the user changed their mind after using the service, missed an external deadline, received an unfavorable official decision, submitted inaccurate information, or used the service in violation of the Terms.

Consultant Review and Add-Ons

Consultant-review requests, interview packs, extra readiness scans, or other add-ons may be non-refundable once review work has started, output has been delivered, or the digital feature has been used.

Consultant review is preparation guidance only. It is not legal representation, immigration representation, official government advice, admission approval, or guaranteed outcome support.

No Official Decision Guarantee

No refund is owed simply because an external authority, university, embassy, consulate, visa center, immigration office, airline, scholarship body, border authority, or related institution makes an unfavorable decision.

Billing Errors

Users should contact BROVi Scan as soon as possible if they believe a charge is incorrect.
