1. Introduction

Brovi Scan provides AI-assisted travel and visa readiness review. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through accounts, forms, document uploads, and chat with the Brovi AI assistant, plus basic technical data needed to operate the service.

3. Account information

When you create an account, we store your name, email, country of origin, target country, travel purpose, and authentication metadata.

4. Profile and travel readiness information

You may enter additional readiness details such as program, route, sponsor relation, English level, and country-specific notes to improve your scan results.

5. Documents and uploaded files

If you upload files, they are stored in your private storage area and used to generate readiness feedback. Do not upload fake, stolen, altered, or unauthorized documents.

6. Financial readiness information

You may enter bank statement summaries, sponsor information, and source of funds notes. Never upload bank passwords, card numbers, CVV, online banking login details, or private access codes.

7. Interview answers and AI chat messages

Interview answers and Brovi AI assistant chats are processed to generate feedback. Chat history for signed-in users may be saved to your account so you can resume conversations.

8. Consultant review requests

If you submit a consultant request, your contact details and case summary are saved so a reviewer can follow up using the details you provide.

9. Bug reports and support messages

Issue reports include the message you write, the page where it happened, and optionally your email for follow-up.

10. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, generate AI-assisted readiness feedback, respond to your requests, and protect the service against abuse.

11. AI processing and third-party providers

AI scans and chat run through backend functions that may call providers such as Google Gemini and OpenRouter. Those providers process your input under their own policies.

12. Storage and database

Account, scan, and document data are stored in our managed cloud database and private storage with row-level access controls so each user can only see their own data.

13. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete saved scans, request data export, or request account deletion at any time.

14. Data controls

From Settings you can export your data, clear local cache, and request deletion of saved scans.

15. User rights

Brovi Scan aims to support GDPR-style and CCPA/CPRA-style privacy rights where applicable. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, subject to applicable law. Brovi Scan does not intentionally sell personal information.

16. Security

We use industry-standard authentication, encrypted transport, and row-level security policies. No service can guarantee absolute security.

17. Children and minors

Brovi Scan is not intended for users under 16 without verifiable parental or guardian involvement.

18. International users

Brovi Scan is offered globally. By using the service you consent to your data being processed by our providers in the regions where they operate.

19. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. Significant changes will be reflected in the date above.
