This notice is for California residents. BROVi Scan aims to support CCPA/CPRA-style privacy rights where applicable. This notice does not create legal rights beyond those required by applicable law.

California Privacy Rights

Where applicable, California residents may request the right to know the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, the right to delete personal information subject to exceptions, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, the right to limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Categories of Personal Information

BROVi Scan may collect or process account identifiers, travel-readiness profile details, destination and travel-purpose information, checklist statuses and document metadata, uploaded files if the user chooses to upload them, bank statement readiness inputs, interview answers, readiness report content, consultant request information, support messages, bug reports, and technical/security data.

Sensitive Personal Information

BROVi Scan does not ask users to provide passwords, OTPs, CVV codes, full card numbers, online banking login details, private account recovery codes, or private access credentials.

If a user enters sensitive information anyway, the user should request deletion and avoid placing such information into general chat.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

BROVi Scan does not intentionally sell personal information. If advertising, analytics, cross-context behavioural advertising, or third-party sharing practices change, BROVi Scan should update this notice and provide required controls before launch or before the change becomes active.

Submitting Requests

Users may contact BROVi Scan to request access, correction, deletion, opt-out, limitation of sensitive information, or other privacy support.

Verification

BROVi Scan may need to verify the identity of a requester before completing access, deletion, correction, or other sensitive privacy requests. Verification information should be used only for the request process.

Authorized Agents

Where required by law, California residents may use an authorized agent. BROVi Scan may request evidence that the agent is authorized to act on behalf of the user.

Non-Discrimination

BROVi Scan will not intentionally discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. Some service features may require information to function, so deleting or limiting certain data may affect access to parts of the platform.
