How a request gets logged #
You do not fill in a special form. When you ask the assistant for a document or corridor that is not in the verified library, it tells you so and logs the request automatically. That log is real: curators see what users actually asked for, grouped by demand.
What happens next #
- Curators review the logged demand and pick corridors and documents to research.
- Research finds candidate links on official domains; each candidate enters the pipeline as pending.
- A human reviewer checks and approves entries against the official source.
- Once approved, the document appears in assistant answers and on the corridor page, and the transparency page counts update.
Honest expectations on timing #
There is no published turnaround commitment, and the docs will not invent one. Requests are reviewed regularly, and demand influences priority, but a specific corridor may take a while. If your deadline is near, go directly to the official source for your destination in the meantime; that is always the right fallback, and it is where our own verification would point anyway.
