What it does #
The BROVi assistant is the chat panel available from every page. It answers questions about BROVi Scan and your preparation, and it can look up official document links for your corridor. Its defining rule is the verified-link standard: it only hands out links that a human reviewer has approved from an official source. It never guesses a URL.
What you need before using it #
An account. The assistant works from any page once you are signed in.
Using it #
- Open the assistant from its launcher (available site-wide).
- Ask in plain language, for example about a feature, your next step, or an official document for a specific country and visa class.
- Follow the reply's links or suggested actions. The panel can dock beside your workspace or go fullscreen.
The honest "not in our library yet" behavior #
When you ask for a document the verified library does not have, the assistant says so plainly instead of guessing. The request is logged for human curators, who research official sources and approve entries before they ever appear. That is deliberate: a missing answer is recoverable, a confidently wrong official link is not. See How verification works.
Usage allowance #
Free accounts have a daily message allowance. Paid plans include a substantially larger weekly allowance; sustained heavy use beyond it is metered in credits in small batches. When you reach a limit the assistant tells you exactly that, with when it resets; nothing is silently degraded. Exact numbers are not published and can be adjusted; see Usage and limits.
Honest limit
The assistant's conversational answers are AI-generated and can be wrong. Its document links are human-verified, but link verification covers the source, not your personal eligibility. Do not paste passwords, card numbers, or other secrets into chat.
Credits #
Chat is free at the base rate (Free); only sustained paid-tier overage converts to credits, as described above.
