Reading the Usage page #
Open Settings, then Usage. The page shows:
- Your balance: credits remaining, with your plan name.
- Reset date: when your plan credits next reset (paid plans; signup credits do not reset).
- Where your credits went: a per-feature breakdown. Each row shows the feature, how much of your plan allotment it used as a small bar, and features that are free are labeled Free.
If a number surprises you, the breakdown is the place to look: every credit spent is attributed to the feature that spent it, including automatic refunds when an AI call failed.
The general limits rule #
Beyond credits, BROVi Scan applies usage allowances so that free access stays sustainable and paid capacity is shared fairly. The rule, in general terms:
- Free accounts have smaller allowances (for example, a daily assistant message allowance).
- Paid plans have substantially higher allowances, scaled by tier.
- Sustained usage far beyond an included allowance may be metered in credits.
Exact limits are deliberately not published and can be adjusted as real usage is observed. When you reach one, the product tells you clearly at that moment, including when it resets. This is the same disclosure made in the Terms, which remain authoritative.
Honest limit
If a limit ever surprises you in a way the in-product message did not explain, that is feedback we want; use the Edit suggestion link on this page or the support address on the security page.
