This walkthrough uses the Trip Match scan because it needs nothing but answers to a form, then shows how the other checks build on it. The whole loop is free; the optional AI reviews are the only steps that spend credits.
Run a trip match scan #
- Open Trip Match in your workspace (or from the header).
- Choose your traveler type (study, tourist, business, medical, sports, or other). The form then asks only what that type needs: a student is asked for education level, field and intake, a business traveler for the host organization and invitation letter, a tourist for travel dates and an itinerary. Everyone is asked for their name, origin, destination and budget. If you have had a prior visa refusal, select yes and complete the refusal details; the scan will not run without them, because a refusal changes what you should prepare.
- Select Run scan. The score is computed instantly from transparent rules, with strengths, weaknesses, recommended alternatives, and a step-by-step action plan.
Your inputs and results are kept in your browser and, when you are signed in, saved to your account.
Read the result #
The score is a 0 to 100 readiness signal, not a prediction of approval. Focus on the weaknesses list and the action plan: they name the specific gaps the score is reacting to. If you want a second, model-based opinion, the AI review button sends the same form to an AI reviewer (Uses 1 credit).
