What it does #

Consultant Review is a request form, not a chat. You describe where you are in the process and what support you want, and the request is saved for a human reviewer who reaches out using the contact details you provide. It is the bridge from self-serve checks to human judgment.

What you need before using it #

Your basics (name, email, optionally another contact channel), your route (origin country, target country, visa type), your current stage (from "Exploring" to "Refused before"), the type of support you want (document review, interview preparation, university selection, scholarship guidance, full application guidance, or emergency review), and a short statement of your main concern. You must also give explicit consent for a reviewer to read what you send.

Using it #

  1. Open Consultant Review in the workspace.
  2. Complete the form; validation points out anything missing before it sends.
  3. Submit. You see a confirmation screen, and the request is stored securely for review.
  4. A reviewer replies through the contact details you gave. There is no in-app reply thread today.

Understanding the outcome #

A consultant review is preparation guidance from a human, with the same limits as the rest of BROVi Scan: reviewers do not submit applications, cannot influence decisions, and do not guarantee outcomes.

Honest limit

There is no published response-time commitment. Requests are reviewed regularly, but if your deadline is close, act on the automated checks in parallel rather than waiting.
